As for me, I prefer to get pupils to work in pairs during my class. They can discuss important
questions and pupils really do love to communicate with each other. However, some pupils afraid of communication and they are afraid to answer teacher's questions. It’s great to work in pairs or small group . It helps them to share their ideas and points of view

From my point of view, changing the places is the best way to make friends as a new class and discuss with different partners. I find it useful to work in pairs to check their homework or test. Sts can help each other and don't be afraid of teacher's judgement.

As for me, I change organization of the class during the lesson, because, it's very hard for kids to stay on the same place for a long time so I try to change places more frequently with small kids and several times with older kids, but all of them love it, and this helps them not to get bored and stay motivated. Sometimes they want just to move a little and changing organization makes it possible and controlled.
