I often use drills in my lessons, because it´s a good way to teach, practice and learn vocabulary, words or simply have fun in a new language.

As usual, I use drillig for real beginners to practise their pronunciation. It helps to learn new words and preparation before speaking activities. I never use chants because not everyone is fond of singing. But I'd like to try one day

I always use drills with young learners (changing the voice or level of noice or doing some games, like hot and cold but saying the hidden word, I find these activities very useful to practice pronunciation and for better remembering of the word. Sometimes I use chants, I think it's a good and interesting way to practice new vocabulary, I give students pictures before chanting, so they have to order them to the chant and point each time, they name the picture.
