Activity 1: in pairs, one tries to ask the maximum number of questions about this ticket and the other has to answer, then the roles are changed.
Activity 2: They play a domino with restaurant vocabulary.
Activity 3: They do a group interview of 4 to discover that a group member ate and after, they have to change the roles.
Activity 4: Role-playing between a waiter and customers.
Activity 5: Make a tourist brochure that includes the best restaurants in your city.

Warm-up:"Hot potatoes". Everyone pass the ball and say the word related to the food vocabulary
Lead-in: Ask SS some questions (e.g. How often do you go to the cafe or restaurant?) then SS discuss their answers with the partner
Pre-vocabulary: SS have a look at the receipt and think Is it restaurant or shop's receipt.
Vocabulary: T shows the picture of the food and drill the pronounciation.
Post-Vocabulary: Play Bingo with new words
T asks to complete the dialogue using new words and price.
Speaking: role play between a waiter and a customer. Write their own price.

Plan
Warm up: students in teams brainstorm food, they know orally, teacher writes them on the board as a mind map, then teams get picture cards, they should match them with a word, after this teacher mix the pictures and students should put them in order, them tacher reads definitions of the target vocabulary, students guess the word.
Presentation: Exploit the receipt above as a reading text. Prepare some questions for the students to answer. For example: What's the name of the restaurant? Where is it? etc.
Practice: personal stage where students tell about their favorite meals and share receoies with each other. Students share their food preferense and they describe the restaurant they like in the city. Teacher helps students to generate questions using past simple structures.
Include a restaurant role play between a waiter and customers.
