I've tried 'not interrupting fluency activities' which I think is really important to give learners (especially lower level ones) confidence in speaking, because I feel that the point if these fluency activities is to communicate, not to be perfect. That wouldn't be the case in a feedback for grammar exercises for example.
I've also tried 'basing my teaching on learners' errors' which I talked about in my other post, it work s very well indeed.
However, I'm definitely going to try using homework mistakes as a warmer, I really like that idea
