I find it useful to get learners to work in teams. This means that they can work autonomously. I am free to monitor and help them when necessary.

I do change the organisation of my group with the ones I can. In some classrooms is not posible to change their chairs or tables due to the lack of space. When I need them to talk to diferrent students and I have a very large group I ask them to sit down instead of standing up. They being standing up sometimes causes a chaos.

Yes, sometimes I do the organisation change on my classes , because is useful to have a dynamic class,to control the class, to monitoring the students, my favorite managment when the students have interaction each other.
