1.-Paolo´s planning style is the most relevant for me, Why? Because he tries to get a balance of activities over the lessons, he gives in the grammar more skills that they need, the vocabulary are followed by a reading task.

Relevance .Because is necessary themes that it ll be important for them.
Planning with relevance helps a course for the achievement of its goals.

Variety , because they need a combination of motivational activities

a) I start with general idea of what will fit in the lesson.
b) I plan a series of lessons for a week

4. What advice would you give a new teacher who says, "I spend hours and hours planning a scheme of work: I seem to go round and round, not getting anywhere"?
A planning isn´t being a difficult thing to do, You can spent a pair of hours, not all the day , you need the smallest coherent unit of teaching , the coursebook is important but don´t use all the time. Great ideas involve planning. Planning is vitally important to success. The new teachers need a personal teaching aim.planning must be important success in the interactive class.
