Well, I find very useful to set some "rules" since the beggining of the scholar year. I called them steps for a happy class. I have only five steps: 1 sit correctly 2 pay attention 3 work 4 be quick 5 with love. So every time when I need to solve a problem, I just say "Don forget step 2", or 4, or 3.
