1.-Do you change the organisation of the class during the lesson? Explain why/why not.
Yes, mainly to give the Ss the chance to interact with most of their classmates. Secondly, I take into consideration the type of activity I'm planning for the Ss. Lastly but not least to have a more dinamic class and so children or learners do not get bored.

2.-What are your favourite management tips?
-Set time limit for Ss to complete a task.
-Change interaction patterns during the class.
-Nominate which student you want to answer your question.

Like you, I believe that changing classroom organization is not only valid but sometimes even necessary. Though I prefer planning thoroughly so as to think of and select appropriate and attractive activities, there are times in which the lesson itself, during the performance, calls for rearrangement in order to boost learners' performance, for example.

I defeinitely share your like for varied IPs. I consider that changing IPs is crucial in order to keep learners engaged in each of the activities and to give them an opportunity to practice communication with as many peers as possible. Now, as with most planning aspects, it is vital for the teacher to know the learners very well in order to understand when or whether or not changing IPs is a good idea. Additionally, I believe that showing equal interest in each of your learners, regardless of their performarnce and participation, is always a good way to motivate them and increase their opportunities to succeed in the lessons.
