I believe that the way students should sit depends on the kind of activity you have planned. The interaction paterns must be planned beforehand and sometimes there is the need to change them during the lesson. I find it useful to make the students sit in a horse shoe way which allows them to pay attention to the teacher and also they can see the students face to face, interacting with each other, not only can they throw coments acroos the classroom but they can also work in pairs with the person next to them. You can make children change seats or move around the classroom because changing the way they sit is not only an option but a necesity.

Do you change the organisation of the class during the lesson? Explain why/why not.

Certainly. The constan movement allows the students to get bored or distracted. By selecting various sitting arragements or interaction patterns for the students gives the students the oportunity to learn from different people within the classroom. I personally do this due to the fact that some students don't get along or get along "too well" which hinders the activity. I rather have working stations where the students are able to peer-teach; however, one must be quite careful with the selection of the students while forming the stations to avoid conflicts among the students.
