I THINK THAT WORKING WITH YOUNG LEARNERS IS A CHALLENGE, WE SHOULD KNOW THEIR LEARNING STYLES, NEEDS AND CONTEXT, BUT IS GREAT TO SEE THEM WORKING IN GROUPS UNDERSTANDING, SOCIALISING IDEAS AND WORKING ON THE TASK.

During the lesson I have to change the classroom management when students looks bored or the activity is not working as I had expected. The point here is that teachers have to keep on mind about differences of each student. In my mind, the first and most basic obligation of a teacher is to see the beauty that exists within every student. Every child is infinitely precious. When we start from this vantage point, classroom management -- and its flip side, student engagement -- comes more easily. It's an outgrowth of students feeling loved and respected. The classroom management becomes a problem when teachers do not love what they do.
Most of the time I find very useful to work in pairs, because the students can feel comfortable and happy in the classroom so they would enjoy the lesson.
