I´ve read all the mails regarding this activity since I don´t have much experience in teaching.

Simple Version: Simon says: clap your hands, touch your nose, touch your fingers, point to your eyes, point to your knees, touch your cheks, touch your legs...

Challeging Version: clap your hands once and jump three times. Then stand up and bite your lip. Look at your colleage and show your tongue. Blick your eyes twice and smile four times.Show your left hand to your teacher, then show your right feet to your colleage, jump on your feet three times... If the teacher "jumbles" the words, students will be able to remember the words more easily.

That's great Ana! Your two versions of Simon says would work well. To increase the challenge a little bit you could do the following:
1. Play the game as you suggested: Simple Version: Simon says: clap your hands, touch your nose, touch your fingers, point to your eyes, point to your knees, touch your cheks, touch your legs...
2. Repeat the same instructions, but give two instructions at a time instead of one: Clap your hands and touch your nose. Now touch your fingers and point to your eyes. etc.
3. Play it again but give three instructions instead of two.
