Do you use continuous assessment? Explain why/why not?
I do; I believe that this not only helps the learners but the teacher just as much. When you as a teacher know where your Ss are at, it's much easier to solve issues and even to prepare the lessons.
Is continuous assessment difficult to evaluate?
It is not; On the contrary, I consider continuous assessment is quite easy to evaluate; however it represents hard work for the T from the very beginning of the course.
What information does continuous assessment give the teacher that tests don't give?
Specific areas of opportunity for each individual Ss; moreover, it gives you the progress of each learner in detail.
Does continuous assessment create more work for the teacher?
I consider it does; however the end results are quite more possitive and assertivie than simple tests.
