Feedback and Assessment are essential to check students’ level of understanding in a lesson or during a course, I know they can be tedious if you have many students, which is my case but I always try to give my student a comment or a phrase in class or after an exam in order to let them know their progress. Assessment is important and needs to be continuous to get an improvement from children and see their language evolution, their difficulties and what they like or not in class. Being teacher is challenging specially when it comes to evaluation period because is too much work for a teacher for this reason you need to be organized and consider what aspects of language you want to evaluate in your students.
