IN AND OUT OF FASHION

I don't consider myself a person who tries to be ¨'in' every sigle year or season. Instead, if I see something that I really like I get it but it would have to be something special. unfurtenately I can't say the same about shoes. They are my weakness and this is something i would like to change. I know a person who doesn't care about being in or out of fashion. This person caught my attention because he wears what he has, I mean, he has two or three pairs of shoes and does not buy any other unless he needs them. Once he told me why to buy some others if the ones he has are still in good condition. This was the first time I thought about what I buy. I realized that I had been buying things that I didn't need to. I haven't found any ohter person like this. I see a society that buys things just to be considered 'IN' say, cellphones, clothes, even hairstyles...
