I´ve lived in Bogota, Colombia my whole life.
The proper labeling of "in and out" in terms of fashion in this city is highly undefined.
I´d rather say there are many established trends, that define not only clothing, but also social behaviour. Among this trends are, for example, the goths, which style might be defined as "dark": dark clothing, dark makeup, somehow quiet, and silent people.
I can also mention what I define as fashionists, as the group of people that is completely into the latest trend in design, high couture, music, places for hanging out; always good-looking (or trying to), with the the latest updates on social media, celebrities.
There is another well-known social group, which are the soccer fans. Their feelings and commitment with their team go beyond cheering-up at the games, moving to hang up together most of the time, and unfortunately, to fight against other team´s fans.
