I plan each day because the next day I m sure what is going to do and get ready all the material. I pretend to take the coursebook a lot but there are some lessons out of the context or high level for the group specially in readings, I usually try to do a easier class with a very simple knowlegde and then I add more difficult things or grammar.
I try to plan my class for fun not for stressing.
