I remember my first travel to Lanzarote, five years ago.
I was anxious to set off, and when the day came, it seemed to be perfect. But it wasn't.
When I arrived at the airport, I discovered that my plane was delayed by three hours due to its left engine was broken. It was terrible, because I had to take a ferry in Tenerife at 20 h, and I would not reach there until 21 h.
In spite of all these inconveniences, when I finally arrived in Lanzarote, I thought it was worth it, because I was there.
I was wrong.
The first day, I went to visit the Timanfaya, and a camel was about to kill me, because it wanted my bag! It was scary, but amazing at the same time.
The following day, I decided to go to a place called "Los Jameos del Agua", which is a natural cave where you can find some special white blind crabs. When I was there, I tripped over a rock and fell into the water. It was very cold, and crabs nibbled me at my arms. After that, I had the flu, so I had to stay at the hotel and I could not visit more place I wanted to go. Now, I wish I have not travelled to Lanzarote, and I won't get back, of course.
It was the worst travel of all my life.
