HOLIDAYS DESTINATIONS

I recommend a place so far away but also so close to you. I'm talking about Fez, known as the city of Islam. You can take a direct flight from Gran Canaria and travel to Casablanca and then to Fez. The best place to stay is in a Riad in the old medina.
But why Fez? This city is a fascinating, unique and memorable place to fall in love with. This maroccan stunning city will keep you awake at night after you visited it.There is no doubt that, what makes this muslim spot magical and vibrant city-break destination is the old medina, where you could soak up the atmosphere of a unique medina in the World. What makes the city so special is Fez el Bali, the old town, with more tan 40 km of 9000 narrow cobbled streets surrounded by high medieval stone walls. The medina is one of the greatest historical monuments in the World. There you will get lost with a riot of exotic spice smells, majestic dazzling coloured mosques, mixed with bable of voices while the imam calls to pray, in order to practice the second pillar of Islam. But Fez is not just a place to look at or only to go for a wander or shopping. There you could taste some delicious meals and take benefit of the reasonably unique marrocan cuisine.Taste exquisite dishes such as cous cous, tajine or bastella.

Great description Ruth - you used exactly the right holiday brochure style! Well done.
Just a couple of comments:
This maroccan stunning city= adj. order: this stunning, Moroccan city...
where you could soak up the atmosphere= where you can soak up. "Could" makes it sound improbable.
of a unique medina in the World.= Either: a unique Medina. Or: one of the most authentic/beautiful etc Medinas in the world. The phrase "in the world" implies that there must be more than one.
in order to practice the second pillar of Islam= ..to fulfill the second pillar....
take benefit of = you can sample/try/taste/enjoy.
the reasonably unique marrocan cuisine= reasonably unique? This sounds strange. You can simply say: unique Moroccan cuisine.
See you!
