In my country Uruguay, I recommend visit Mercedes. It's a beautiful city with a beach island and a long coast where people can dance or see the "Tamboriles" and some days some bands in Uruguay goes to play there. It is a very fun party that takes place on summer nights. If you want to go you must take a bus anywhere in Uruguay and it takes 4 hours to arrive.
