I am not in the opinion that we should interrupt the students while they are speaking. this is very vital issue for the teachers as it certainly affects the teaching and learning to some extent. students shouldn't be afraid of speaking. If they think when they make a error teacher will interrupt and correct the error then he or she becomes hesitant.
