3) In my opinion I think it's good not to stop the students when doing speaking activities if the general meaning is understood. As teachers, when the speaking activity is finished is the time to deal with the mistakes we've heard.

5) For the speaking mistakes I usually collect all of them while they're talking and when the speakings are finished I talk about the "biggest" ones with the class.
For the writing mistakes in compositions I tend to type one sentence with mistakes of each student's composition (if possible) and I give one copy with all the wrong sentences to each student, and they have to check them.
