For question number 3 Do you believe is it important not to interrupt students when they are speaking in order to draw attention to their errors? In order for the student to advance in their process of learning English it is important that they practice as much as possible, so I prefer not to interrupt my students when they do a mistake during the class, especially in a communicative activity because I want them to feel free to practice the language, not intimidated for the teacher or maybe for the derision of their partners if I correct them inmediately. When the students realize that if they make mistakes during the practice it will not represent a problem if not rather an opportunity they will feel comfortable to participate freely.
Question number 4. How do you help learners to see that making mistakes can be a possitive theing? It´s very important to explain our students that errors in class are not because of their learning capacity, neither by an ineffective teaching, rather students have to understand the process of acquiring the language. When they do mistakes in the different activities they realise mistakes is the opportunity for teacher to give the appropriate feedback and then to improve their performance. Mistakes are part of the natural process of learning a language, it's impossibe to avoid them in the development of tasks. Of course the teacher has to decide how to give feedback in order to help the students to improve their knowledge.
