What is the balance of interactive/non-interactive listening activities that you use in your classes?

Sometimes I modify the content using my own experience, and tell stories of myself to get studentĀ“s attention then I adapt some content from the disc ( ussualy it comes stick in the back of the book) using the main grammar issues
