This is celebrated on 5 February to honour Espinosa de Henares’s patron saint. On this day the women wear traditional clothes and make a fire in the street. There is a feast of traditional food as well as music and dancing.
The men go to put out the fire and the women don’t let them. They end up dancing around the fire together.
