Night of Sant Joan
Sant Joan is the shortest night of the year and the longest day, it is up and celebrated the summer solstice. This is a traditional Catalan holiday but also celebrated in other parts of Spain. It begins on 23 Juny night and ends on 24 Juny. This night the people dance around a bonfire in the street or on the beach and eat “coca” is a traditional sweet Catalan.
