In order to have a day plenty of energy you need to have a good night sleep. After some reviews and net search, the most common tips given by doctors are:

- You have to go to bed even if you aren't tired always at the same time, to create an habit
- Avoid coffee and tea at least four hours before sleeping time
- No tv or music on your bedroom. The bedroom should be a place to sleep not for entertainment
- Relax yourself before sleeping time, could be take a bath or drink hot milk
- Change sheets, blankets and other bedding like pyjama frequently to keep your bed fresh and clean
