Here you are some sleeping tips, they work in my case:
- Don't drink coffee after lunch time,
- Try to sleep eight hours per night,
- Try to go to sleep more or less at the same time everyday,
- Before going to sleep, if you are on the sofa feeling that you are getting asleep, go to bed. That little snap could make you stay awake for hours later on.
- Don't take heavy dinners,
- In case you do sports, try to do it in the evening.
