Sleeping habits.

One of the most important moments of the day is precisely when night comes. Ensure a good rest is one of the keys to face a day with a better predisposition and mood. But it is not always easy for us to sleep or have a quality rest. I would like to propose some tips that I usually follow in order to get a better night's rest.
1 Avoid drinking coffee or tea after 4 pm.
I have verified that the days that I have taken caffeine or theine after that hour I am more active at night before going to sleep.
2 Take a relaxing drink.
Normally, I use to prepare hot water with ginger, melissa and honey.
3 Have a shower.
I don't need a bath. A good shower is enought for feeling fresh before going to bed.
4 Stretched sheets.
It may sounds silly, but for me, having order in the bed makes me sleep better.
5 Read instead of check.
To be honest, I'm not always able to follow this tip because the last thing I read is on my phone, not on a book but I must recognize that doing the opposite you sleep better.
