SLEEPING TIPS.
It's good to start a wind-down routine around the same time every day in order to sleep well and face the new day with energy, but sometimes it is difficult. If you ensure you can follow some of the tips I´m going to give you, you would have a better night sleep.
Last call for coffee! Caffeine is the enemy of sleep. By mid-afternoon should be the last coffee or tea.
Stay in a chill place beside your bedroom (for example two hours before).
Turn down the TV and music volume. It will decrease noise stimulation that can wind us up.
Reduce the brightness on your -censured-, iPad, TV, or computer screen. Screens emanate white light with blue light waves that can keep us awake.
Stop answering work emails. Thinking about tomorrow's to-do list isn't going to help us sleep.
Put down the wine glass. Alcohol effects wear off in the middle of the night.
Read, listen to music, or talk. Do anything that relaxes you.
Just Before Bedtime
Bathe. Just to relax.
Get into bed. Get into bed when you're tired.
