Sleeping habits

The fact is that I never have slept really good either if I sleep on my back or my side. Most of the times I wake up sleeping on my stomach, I know, this is not good but it´s really difficult for me to fall sleep, so I use to roll on my bed for a quarter of hour trying to get the best posture. I sleep an average of 7 hours per night whether is Mondays to Friday or weekends it doesn´t matter. Many times I don´t even use a blanket because my house is hot and I frequently wake up because of it.
