Sleeping tips

There are some important tips to take into account when you are going to bed:
1. Try to go to sleep and wake up at the same time.
2. If you have problems to fall asleep don´t nap.
3. Don´t eat too much at night or eat dinner preatty early, so you have a couple of hours before going to bed.
4. When you go to sleep the room should be dark.
5. Don´t do computer work before going to bed, because your brain will be very active...
