Sleeping tips

Don’t put electronic devices near your bed. Turn off your mobile before going to bed.
Don’t overwarm your bed. It is healthier if the temperature is not too high.
Don’t have a large dinner before going to bed. It is not a healthy habit.
Sleep at least 8 hours at day.
Don’t watch TV on bed.
Don't drink coffe later in the afternoon.
