Here your are my sleeping tips, of course they are not mine because I haven't invented them:
- Stop working one hour before bedtime an shut down all your electronic devices.
- No nicotine, alcohol drinks or caffeine after 5 pm. Do not drink or eat anything with caffeine or the other ones because they could stimulate your senses.
- Avoid high-sugar foods from your diet or limit them wher possible, they boost your energy when you need the opposite.
- Make your bedroom as dark as possible and no electronic lights either.
- Excercise at least three times a week.
- Quiet your mind so you can get to sleep faster, give yourself permission to feel calm and relaxed, be in a positive mental state one hour before bedtime.
