If you want to optimize your health, then getting a good night's sleep is one of the most important things you can do.
1- Increase Bright Light Exposure During The Day
2- Reduce Blue Light Exposure in the Evening
3- Don't Consume Caffeine Late in the Day

Hello Ziortza,
Thank you for your tips. I agree with most of them.
I think that sleeping plays an important role in our well-being.
In order to sleep more and better, it is helpful to cut down on caffeine and to regulate sleeping and waking hours.
This means that we should go to bed more or less at the same hour and possibly to wake up early in the morning.
It is also important to turn in when dinner has already been digested.
In my opinion, although sleeping on the back may cause snoozing, it is good to sleep on the back on an orthopedic mattress, in order to relax the back.
I would also like to add that it helps me to fall asleep early and easily to get exercise or play some sports regularly during the day.
