Sleeping tips

Hi everybody.

Some tips on how to go to sleep:
-If you practice sports, try to do it during the morning.
-Do not drink coffee after midday.
-Do not eat chocolate or spicy food in your dinners.
-Try to have dinner as soon as you can.
-You can try to do yoga at night or use its relaxation method of breathing.
-Avoid videogames or horror films.

c. Is wrong drink coffee before go to bed?
d. Is wrong drink tea before go to bed?

2. a. Turn off TV and radio before go to bed.
b. Practice yoga and mediatation fifteen minutes before go to bed.
c. Avoid the liquor or eat much after go to bed.
d. Go to bed at the same time everydays, not change the times to sleep.

3. I remember one time I dreamed with my brother, (currently he lives in other country), we were playing with cars in house´s garden, I suppose twenty five years ago, when we were child, while we were playing, arrived a man, he took my brother and took him from the house, I felt fear, was a terrible dream.
4. The people dream because during the sleep the brain activate some areas where it record past issues, with more neuronal activity while the rest worked out, for this reason often the dreams are about real facts good or bad thinks.

1. I rememaber a dream when I am smoking while I had a conversation with my friends, I don´t remember the topic of the conversation. It seem strange, in a book I found that dream smoking means abundance.

2. A third of American population have slept deprivate.

d. For improve the quality of sleep is important keep the same times for rest, not change at the weekends or vacancies, and practice mediation sessions after go to bed.
e. sleep apnoea is a condition when the lungs don´t working during short periods of time while you sleep, the principal cause is the overweight, the treatment is the use of BIPAP, it´s a dispositive that helpthe lungs to work while you sleep.
f.Bruxism is a condition when the people for anxiety crash the teeths , the treatment is help the patients to control the bad emotions.
