Sleeping Habits

Postby Laura CR » Sun Apr 14, 2019 12:23 am

It is strange because I have never thought I had sleeping habits, but I do. I need to lay on my right side to kind of start dozing off, but when I feel that I am really going to fall asleep, I change sides and then find a comfortable position on my left side and that's it. I do not move much through out the night, I am not much of a shifter, unless I am cold or hot, or need to leave the bed for a reason.

I have a oil roller on my nightstand with a mix of oils (aromatherapy) specially for sleeping, just to give it an extra boost to my good night sleep.

I didn't think to have preferences about the position I sleep but once I broke my right arm and I understood how uncomfortable is to sleep in a different position.
I usually prefer sleeping on my right side but I think I fall asleep on the back. I am not sure if this is true as it is very complicated to have a perception of this but my wife always complains about my sleeping habits because she loves laying her head on my shoulder to sleep but then, I turn on my right side since I prefer resting in this way and I make her adapt my needs.
I am so lovely to her.
