Meat was good for muscles and I guess it will probably be, although there was a big fuss when a research related it with cancer. It seems than when you over make it in a barbecue it is not as good as it tastes. What a pity! Nevertheless, I still will eat it from time to time.

Nuts were supposed to provide a lot of energy and weight, and thus, they were not recommended to eat very often. However, I have heard nowadays that five walnuts per day can avoid heart diseases. I am very glad of it, I usually add a few to my salads and they are very tasty.
