Meat was good for muscles and I guess it will probably be, although there was a big fuss when a research related it with cancer. It seems than when you over make it in a barbecue it is not as good as it tastes. What a pity! Nevertheless, I still will eat it from time to time.

IN:
Nuts were supposed to provide a lot of energy and weight, and thus, they were not recommended to eat very often. However, I have heard nowadays that five walnuts per day can avoid heart diseases. I am very glad of it, I usually add a few to my salads and they are very tasty.

Thanks for your message Aitor. Yes it's a pity that barbecued meat is not very good for you - because it tastes very nice... And nuts is my fovourite snack - I eat them every day. And sometimes I put them in salads too, they add a nice crunchy texture!

It seems than when you over make = It seems that when you over-cook meat
a lot of energy and weight= I think people thought they make you fat?

Read Meat: I agree with you, read meat in barbecue ii seems not to be a very healthy option for people, as it seems to be related with some diseases, as cancer, however, I'm not really sure that it is true...
