On 11th July 2015, in The New York Times a review named 'Addicted to your phone? There's help for that' was published. In that review, which I'll try to sum it up, the journalist gave some advise to everyone these days who are hooked on their smartphones.

I'd like to talk about two devices included in the review. One of them is a ring from a company called Ringly (ringly.com), which connect to your phone via Bluetooth and let you receive customized mobile alerts through vibration and a color-coded light. Another device created to help people reduce their phone use is an application called Moment. Moment is an iOS app that automatically identifies how much time you use your -censured- and iPad each day. You can set daily limits and be notified when you exceed.

You see: new companies see business opportunities on people addictions.

A very interesting contribution, Anna. I didn't know about these devices but for me is not surprisingly that there are companies that profit of diseases of people...
