NET ADDITION

ANSWERS:
1.- I think that Roger should go to a professional, a psicologist who would tell him what he needs.
2.- I don´t think that Media addiction is exagerated, the contrary, I think that we are getting used to spending lots of hours on the net and we are loosing some experiences which are important such as: the contact (hugging, playing, touching, caresses...), reading the others emotional status by their appearance, movements... (people lie on the internet), spending time doing other things (physical activity, contact with the nature and the world...)
So, I think that it is a serious problem that we have to search about.
3.- Yes, I think that the addiction exists and that it isn´t an invetion of the media. I don´t think that the media invents addictions.
4.- I use the computer almost every day. I use it to work (every day while I´m working); to find information (for work, to study languages, for curiosity, to know the weather and the waves forecast..), to listen to the music and watch videos (entertainment), to socialise (I use facebook and instagram), to book hotels and flights...
I could live without internet, I wouldn´t die, but...I feel anxious when I forget my phone at home because I use a lot whatsap and I like being connected to speak with my friends and know about them. It´s different if I go on holidays for example, or to a spiritual retirement, I know that I´m going to be without internet and I tell all the people that in advance, so I feel confortable those days (knowing, for sure, that I´m going to have my phone waiting for me when I go back home! ;)
