Look at sites about missing people. Can you find Betty Ross's story (we have changed her name) or a similar story?
Amanda Kay Jones was 8 1/2 months pregnant when she disappeared. The alleged father of her unborn child is reportedly the last known person to see her. The two met at the Hillsboro Civic Center on August 14, 2005, at 1:00 p.m. During the meeting, Amanda answered a call on her cell phone at approximately 1:15p.m. After the meeting, no one else is known to have seen or heard from Amanda. Later that night, Amanda's blue 1997 Pontiac Sunfire was found unlocked and abandoned in the Civic Center parking lot. Her purse, car keys, wallet, and cell phone have not been found.

Which "missing person" Web site is the best, in your opinion?

Are there any "happy endings" – people who were missing but then were found?
Rachel Elkayam

The family of Rachel Elkayam didn’t know what to think when the 16-year-old vanished from their Israeli home in 1947. Deeply in love with an Arabic man, the teenager had secretly eloped. And even when her husband was killed by a sniper, his parents insisted that Rachel, at that time heavily pregnant, travel with them to Syria to marry one of their other sons. For decades she endured an unhappy marriage, unable to get back home. She even tried writing home, but the letter never arrived. It was only when her grandchild traveled to London and, through the Israeli Embassy, sent a message to her sister Gelua that the decades-long family mystery was solved. At the age of 85 Rachel finally returned to Haifa.
