Hi all!

My name is Daniel, and i'm going to talk a little bit about myself...

One of my favourite hobbies is listening to music! I really like all kind of music styles. I'm open-minded about it, but maybe my favourite is electronic music. I'm a great musical collector. I started to buy lp's and cd's 20 years ago. My reference band is The Chemical Brothers. I've seen them in concert three times!

Sadly, nowadays is difficult to me to keep buying more cd's, because I don't have enough space in my flat to store them... God bless the MP3!!!

Thanks for your amusing message Daniel! I know the problem of collecting LPs - they are SO big and take so much space! But I love the ritual of listening to them, and reading the information on the cover, the photos. For me that is part of the pleasure of listening to music!

Me too! I like to read the lyrics of the booklet while I’m listening the song in my cd player. It helps me to understand the song better!

Hi all!

My name is Miren and I just start catching up with my English because I need to get fluent in it quite rapidly. Therefore, I decided to take part of this forum and talk about myself a little bit.

I´m an enthusiastic person who like almost everything. LOL! I like sports, such as running, cycling, surfing. Also, cultural activities, for example: music concerts, going to the cinema, literary gatherings, visiting museums. I also enjoy getting out with friends etc. But what I´m crazy about, is photography.

I like all kind of things that photography embraces, as taking photos, reading about art and photography or going to expositions. My favourite photographer is William Egglestone without doubt; unfortunately, regarding the fact of collecting photographs, I have to say that I can´t afford it jet. ;P. Nevertheless, I don´t lose the wonderful idea of publishing an underground publication about local debutant photographers.

Let me introduce myself to this fórum. My name is Rosina and it is my first time taking the English course. I am quite excited about that although I guess it won't be easy at all!
I will try my best to catch up!
Thanks for sharing your hobbys, I think it is quite interesting. I actually agree with some of you. I love music and I used to go to a lot of concerts when I was younger. I found it difficult now, there is a wide range of options and I found it difficult to find the time.
Si when I was younger, I used to collect the concert tickets and also LP's.
I used to have hundreds of tickets and lots of LP's. Of course, the LP's I loved at most were the old original ones. I have always be a fan of the Beatles and other pop rock of the 60's and afterwords Led Zeppelin.
I had all the Beatles original albums and even some rarities. I was saving money just for that, it was not a cheap hobby I must say.
I still have all those records at my parents, they have survived to all the house movings and they are very precios to me, I always say they are my best legacy, who knows?

I have a lot of hobbies, the one I love is to do puzzles. I have been done a lot whit 3,000 pices.
And I like to go to concerts or massive events, Pop, electronic, Banda music. And I like to collect all my concert tickets I have like 200.

My name is Mayte, and it’s the first time I take part in this English course, and in this forum.
To be honest, I’ve never collected music, I liked to listen to the radio, and some famous singers like The Beatles, Simon and Garfunkel...
But I love sports. I used to run half marathon, and 10K races, but now, I’m practicing another sport: Aquafitness. It’s amazing! We work arms, legs, abs (abdominals) and every single part of the body, with hard music, and nice teacher.
I started it 3 years ago, I have learn a lot, and I feel better.
