I do not think it is correct to show the owner's photos without their permission, they are violating their rights humans.

I would be disappointed that someone is showing something without my consent
and I would start a lawsuit for damaging my image within that web page.

I agree with Yazmin. It is essential to ask owners permission to publish their pictures on a web site or public places. If the owner of the photos was passed away it will be obligatory to ask their family. If someday I found my pictures without my permission on the internet I would reported to police.
