The England Team was having great name in football’s world. Also Romania was having few great players.
In first half, Romania played well but their strikes were off target. Also England has dangerous actions by Anderton and Sheringham but they were blocked by Popescu.
In second half in minutes 44 after linking up well with Hagi, Viorel Moldovan scored for Romania.
Owen made his entrance into the game and quickly scored for England with a fantastic goal in minutes 79.
In minutes 89 Dan Petrescu scored by an intelligent goal, the ball went into the goal through Seaman's legs.
It was a great victory of Romanian team.
