The fox is the most abundant carnivorous mammal of the planet. Numerous races and local subspecies exist. The fox of Spain has gray shades, bronw and reddish, but the legs and the external face of the ears are always of blanck more or less intense otne and the tail has a spot in the top of white or black color. The fox reaches almost the meter of length. The tail measures approximately 35 cm. It is a curious animal and intelegente. Generally solitary and good corridor. The smell has it very developed. The fox is very territorialista. beside eating meat also they consume fruits. Is lives between 5 and 7 years at liberty and from 10 to 12 in captivity. In Spain his principal enemies are the golden eagle, the wolf and the lynx.
