The imperial eagle is nowadays on the verge of extinction. His pens are of dun very dark colour except in the shoulders and the high part of the wings. His height is 80 cm. in adults and weight approximately 28 kg.
The eagle eats rabbits, hares, doves and ravens, and greedy others.
The reason of the population decrease was, first, because of the ranchers who were killing them together witch greedy others.
Later because of the electrical networks (they were hitting with the electrical layings), the use of pesticidas and the epidemics in the rabbits, his principal food.
