CHOCOLATE BISCUIT
Ingredients:
- 100 gr chocolate
- 120 gr butter
- 85 gr flour
- 50 gr sugar
- 3 eggs
- 3 egg yolk
- 1 vanilla spoonful
- 1 yeast spoonful
Render chocolate with the butter. Beat the eggs with the eggs yolk and the sugar.Add the warm chocolate, the flour, the yeast, the vanilla and mix good.
Paint the mold with butter and empty it with the mixture.
Cook it in the oven to 210º for 25 minutes.
