It is good because it is a window to the world and that will mean that there will be more tourism, commercial fairs and in addition the works, buildings that become are for the city. The negative part is that the works are very expensive and sometimes the city is get into debt, is not amortized and the own tourism that it generates, which is called “to die of success”
