· Iberian lynx, is a family of cats and typical of the Iberian Peninsula. It is a protected species since 1966.



• The brown bear: omnivorous mammal common in Europe and Spain. The main reason for which is an endangered species is hunting.



· Vulture: bird of prey much like vultures. It usually lives in mountainous terrain. It is a species in serious danger of extinction.



· Grouse: bird in serious danger of extinction. Only a few copies found in the Cantabrian, the Alps and the Pyrenees. Is protected in Spain since 1986.



· Lizard giant reptile is a characteristic of the Canary Islands. The numbers have decreased alarmingly in the last two decades.
