It's good or bad to have Olympic games in your city?

I think the Olympic games are the best opportunity for publicize any city, but the Olympic games preparation is very difficult and expensive.

The Olympic games in Barcelona were positive and they made a lot of changes in the city ( buildings, transports, new suburbs, turism,...)
